How to Adjust User Count During Checkout
How to adjust user count if your trial has a different number of users than the number of paid licenses you need.
Let's say you have a trial for eight total users, but when your trial ends, you don't need to purchase all eight licenses. When you click "buy now" in the upper right-hand corner, the purchase automatically populates for eight users.

If you choose a smaller number, we don't know which of the eight users you want to remove from your workspace.
Before you purchase, you'll want to navigate to the Manage Users page to make the adjustment. Click on "Users & Teams" in the account menu to access this page.

Once there, click the "..." next to the users you don't want to include in your active workspace and you'll see a menu populate. From there, click "make inactive" to remove the profile from your license total.

Now, you can purchase the correct number of paid licenses for users who need full access to the workspace. In our example, we removed three users for a total of five paid licenses. At this point, your total amount charged will accurately reflect when you're checking out.
