What should I know before choosing a custom domain?
A custom domain lets your organization replace the default ProjectManager login URL with a branded URL unique to your account. Custom domains are available exclusively on the Enterprise plan and are set up by a ProjectManager representative.
Before contacting a support representative to create a custom domain, review the following information:- Custom domains must be unique; if the domain you want is already in use, you will need to choose a different one.
- A custom domain can be changed multiple times if necessary.
- Custom domains can be as short as 1 character or up to 50 characters.
- Emails and passwords remain the same; the only thing that changes is the login URL.
Caution: After your domain is changed, any links to the old domain will stop working. If you have references to the old domain in your internal documents, bookmarks, or playbooks, you will need to update them.
