How to Give and Remove Project Access
Easily give team members access to a project or adjust the level of access that they have.
You can easily give team members access to a project as part of the project creation process, but you can also give access at any time. You can also change the type of access you give to a user per project.
Adding Assignees
To add assignees after a project is created, navigate to the project and click the person icon to the right of the project name. You'll see a list of everyone who has access to the project and their type of access: manage, edit, collaborate or creator. You can also see if the user has a guest role.

You can assign any combination of manage, edit and collaborate roles to a user, and there is no minimum or maximum for each type of role per project. You can see the definitions of each role by clicking the dropdown next to a person’s name and then clicking Project Security.
The creator role is automatically assigned to the creator of a project. The creator of the project cannot remove themselves as the creator, or give someone else that role. If you want to give someone user access to edit everything, give them the manager role.

Tip!: Unless you have a global admin role, you'll only be able to see a project if you have access.
Users with the global admin role can see all projects and give themselves access to any project in the account.
Sharing Projects
You can share projects with other team members by clicking the project name and selecting share. Type in the name of the team member. Add a note to provide more information.
Once shared, the team member will immediately have access to the project with edit access. Please note that the user must be a paid user or guest within your account to share projects.

Removing Project Access
If you don’t want a team member to have access to a project, you can remove their access by clicking the add people button, selecting the dropdown next to their name and clicking remove.
The user won't have access to the project the next time they log in. If you created the project, you won't be able to remove yourself as the creator, but you can indicate someone else as the project manager on the project settings popup.
