Changes to annual plans may be subject to prorated adjustments. Navigate to Account \> Billing and click the "Cancel Account" button in the bottom right-hand corner. Note: Canceling your account will end access to your projects and data at the close of your current billing period. We follow industry compliance best practices, enforce them through internal processes, and conduct regular security audits to stay current with evolving standards. Please email support@projectmanager.com and someone will be happy to assist you.  #### **Q: What does "Global Admin" mean?** A: The [Global Admin](https://learn.projectmanager.com/the-global-admin-role) is the highest-permission role in ProjectManager. This role can manage all users, configure account-wide settings, control security permissions, and access all projects. Only one Global Admin can exist per account at a time. Simply click the "+" button and uncheck the project views that you'd like to hide. #### **Q: How does ProjectManager work with Microsoft Project Files (MPP files)?** A: Microsoft Project files (MPP files) were not designed to be shared outside of Microsoft Project, and the proprietary format is not natively compatible with Mac users. ProjectManager makes it easy to [import these files](https://learn.projectmanager.com/how-to-import-mpp-files) so your hard work isn't lost. To import your MPP file: 1. Select the **Gantt** view and click **Import** in the menu bar. 2. In the pop-up window that appears, select the MPP file you want to import. 3. Click **Next** to begin the import. 4. Choose whether to add the file to a new or an existing project. 5. Close the pop-up and start working with your imported data. #### **Q: How can I print the Gantt chart?** A: To print the Gantt, click the print button on the Gantt ribbon to the right of the Export button. The recurrence option is located under the task name, between the due date and priority fields. Click it to open the recurrence pop-up, where you can set how often the task repeats.  #### **Q: How many custom templates can I create?** A: Users on Business and Enterprise plans can create unlimited [custom templates](https://learn.projectmanager.com/creating-custom-templates). Custom templates offer greater flexibility and tailored structure compared to the pre-built templates available to all users.  #### **Q: Who can access the custom templates that I create?** A: Any user in the account can access the custom template. However, only users with permission to "[create and edit important project information](https://learn.projectmanager.com/account-security)" can save new custom templates. ### **Team & Resource Management** #### **Q: How can I remove a large volume of resources quickly?** A: To quickly remove a large volume of resources, we recommend [copying your project](https://learn.projectmanager.com/copying-a-project) and saving it as a custom template — then use that template to start a new project without the unwanted resources. For example, if you need to adjust working days, save your project as a custom template and create a new project with the updated working-day settings. #### **Q: How do guest licenses work?** A: [Guest licenses](https://learn.projectmanager.com/guest-licenses) provide read-only access to project stakeholders who don't need a full ProjectManager license.  Guests will have read-only access to project plans, project status, milestones and dashboards, keeping them informed on project progress. You can also go to the [Team page](https://learn.projectmanager.com/team-page) and click the **Invite People** button. You may invite one or multiple users at once. #### **Q: How do I submit a timesheet for approval?** A: [Timesheets](https://learn.projectmanager.com/timesheets) are available on the Business plan and above. To submit a timesheet, complete your time entries and click the **Submit** button. Admins can then review and approve timesheets directly in the software. If a timesheet is declined, it is returned to the user for corrections and resubmission. To import a timesheet, click the **up arrow** icon in the same location. If you add or remove users, your next invoice will reflect the updated price.
