How Can I See My Team's Tasks?
View task assignments across your portfolio in the Team section.
You're more than likely using ProjectManager to manage multiple projects across your portfolio with multiple departments working together. You can easily see task assignments in one central location to understand what everyone is working on without having to manually navigate from project to project.
View Task Assignments in the Team Section
You can view task assignments across your portfolio in the team section. The team page in ProjectManager shows a list of all of your team members with their assigned number of tasks on a daily or weekly view.
On the left-hand side, you will see a list of names that you can filter by team. For example, you may only want to see users whose tasks you are responsible for. Once you have selected a user, you'll see a task dashboard with their tasks listed below. You can choose which columns you would like to see displayed by clicking the column button to the left of the filter.

Filter Team Tasks by Workload (Business & Enterprise editions)
If portfolio features are included in your edition and you're using planned effort, the Workload page in the Portfolio section will populate. On the Workload page, you'll see a minimum of a month which is helpful for long-term project planning.
On the left-hand side, you'll see a list of users. Similar to the team page, this list can be filtered by team. If you click "show tasks" at the bottom of the page, you can see the individual tasks that a user is assigned.
You'll first see the name of the task followed by the project. You'll also be able to see the hours assigned on individual tasks with a rollup of the day at the top and a total to the far right.
Note: Portfolio features are only available on Business and Enterprise editions.

Tip!: If you create a non-project task using the list home view or the add task button, you will see it on the team page but not the workload page.
