The view that you choose depends on the information you need to see and what you hope to do with that information. Here are three ways that you can see tasks across your entire portfolio.
The task report is fully customizable, meaning that you can choose the type of tasks that you want to see, along with specific information. You can set time frame, columns included as well as projects and users.
For example, if you wanted to see all tasks assigned to all users due this month you would select all projects, people, tasks due this month, and select the columns you would like included. You can customize the task report in a variety of ways so you are only seeing the information you want to see.

Tip!: You can choose to see tasks that aren't part of a project by selecting “all other tasks” from the project dropdown menu.
Team Page
The Team page shows all of the tasks assigned across your entire portfolio by person. At a glance, you can see how many tasks a user has and the priority of those tasks by looking at their personal task dashboard.
You can use the column icon to display relevant data. You can choose to see fields such as project, priority, progress, due date, tags, estimated hours, logged hours and assignees.

If you need to reassign a task to another team member, you can easily do it without navigating to another view. You can simply drag the task from the right side of the page to the new assignee.
You'll notice that the new assignee’s task count will increase by one. If you assigned planned effort to the original assignee, please note that the planned effort will not carry over to the new assignee.
Tip! Consider upgrading your plan to access all of our powerful features.
Portfolio Dashboard
If portfolio features are a part of your plan, you can see the distribution of tasks across your portfolio on your Portfolio Dashboard. This view is great if you want to see the number of tasks by user at a high level. If you want to dive deeper, navigate to the Reports or Team page.

Two graphs can show you the distribution of tasks: Workload and Tasks. The Tasks graph will show you the amount of not started, complete and in-progress tasks across your portfolio.
The Workload graph shows completed, remaining and overdue tasks by project. This information can tell you, at a glance, the health of your overall portfolio, and any projects that may be at risk of slipping because of overdue tasks.
