How to Export Account Data
Enterprise customers can export all account-related data, all user details, all project details, tasks and timesheets.

ProjectManager supports the ability to export your global account data for backups. Once the account export is requested, the file will be emailed when the account export is complete. For security, only the global admin can request an account export.
Note: This feature is only available for customers on the Enterprise edition, and it isn't available on a free trial. If you aren’t an Enterprise customer, reach out to us at sales@projectmanager.com.
Navigate to the avatar menu in the bottom left-hand corner and click ”account export” to start an account export. If you don't see "account export" on the menu, you don't have the right permissions to export your account. Once clicked, you’ll be asked to confirm the export.
Once confirmed, we will send the file to the account holder's email address from support@projectmanager.com. We use a JSON file format to send the account export. The JSON file can't be imported back into the software.
