May 2022 - Keyboard Shortcuts
In our May 2022 release, we’ve added more functionality designed with hybrid teams in mind.
This release features new global menu keyboard shortcuts and customized project views in addition to minor updates and bug fixes.
New Keyboard Shortcuts
If you need to take fast action in the software, you can now take advantage of our keyboard shortcuts. Users can see a list of available shortcuts by clicking the “New” button located on the main navigation menu. Here, users can use keyboard shortcuts to:
- Start a new task (Command “t”)
- Start a new project (Command “p”)
- Invite a user to the software (Command “i”)
- Import a project (Command “m”)

These keyboard shortcuts can be used anywhere in the software except on Gantt or Sheet views, or when editing a text field. On these views, users will still need to use their mouse to complete the above actions. If users prefer to use their mouse to click through the global command prompt menu, they can do so as well.
Customized Project Views
Users will now have the ability to customize their sub-navigation bar, making it easy to navigate to their preferred work views. Users can turn on and off certain views including the list, board, Gantt, sheet, dashboard, calendar and files. When a view is turned off, it will hide the icons from the sub-navigation menu. Users will still be able to access these views via URL or if they re-select the views on the list. Those with guest licenses will only see the option for list, board, Gantt and dashboard.
Other Minor Updates & Fixes
