Check out the latest version of the app for yourself: [iOS](https://projectmanager.com/mobile/ios) / [Android](https://projectmanager.com/mobile/android) ### Version 4.0 - Notifications & Files 18 August 2025 The main focus of this release was compatibility with the latest devices and operating systems, including a re-work of the **notification** and **file upload/download** features to make them much more reliable. Use filters, folders and favourites find the most important projects - Visualisations alert you to project budget or progress issues - Update your project dates, budgets, folders, status, etc - Project tasks are indented to match the gantt hierarchy Other changes in this release: - Team Directory is now located under the Settings tab - Push notification settings persist across workspaces - You can now delete tasks via the task-detail screen - Minor design and performance improvements We also had a minor 1.5.1 release on 6 September with two improvements: - We automatically log you out in certain circumstances rather than showing errors - Closed projects now behave as expected ### Version 1.4 - Guest Users 29 Apr 2023 This major release contains: - Guest users can now use the app - Improved tag and project concurrency - Push notification fixes - Various security updates We also had a minor 1.4.1 release on May 15, with the following changes: - Improvements to the guest experience - More reliable workspace switching ### Version 1.3 - Login Upgrade 3 April 2023 A complete rewrite of the login system, this enables: - Log in with your [Google account](https://learn.projectmanager.com/microsoft-google) - Choose between multiple workspaces - SAML [single sign-on](https://learn.projectmanager.com/what-is-saml-sso) for enterprise customers Other minor improvements: - More reliable file uploads - Minor improvements to our recent redesign ### Version 1.2 - Recurring tasks are easier to spot thanks to a new banner and icon - Recurring tasks have an explanation of what happens when you edit them - No more duplicate teams or comments appearing - Logging time now supports decimal places on all devices - More frequent updating of the Alerts page ### Earlier Releases #### Version 1.0.6, 10 December 2022 - You can now tap links, users and tasks in a description or comment - Inactive users and guests no longer show in the Team lists - Closed projects no longer show in Project lists - Meetings will no longer appear on Task Home - More accurate recent search history - Simpler signup and support flows - Minor design and performance improvements #### Version 1.0.5, 15 February 2022 - Project names are shown instead of project codes - Cleaner copying of comments with mentions and files - Push notifications have more detail - Logged hours: Changes now appear instantly - Logged hours: Clearer messaging for parent tasks - Logged hours: Improved rounding of total hours - Minor design and performance improvements #### Version 1.0.4, 18 January 2022 - A more reliable progress slider - Task home and task searches remain in sync with your changes -
