Reduce User Count During Checkout: Purchasing Paid Licenses
How to reduce user count if your trial has more users than the number of paid licenses you need.
Let's say you have a trial for 6 users, but when your trial ends, you don't need to purchase all 6 licenses. When you click "buy now" in the upper right-hand corner, the purchase automatically populates for 20 users.

If you choose a smaller number during checkout, we don't know which of the 6 users you want to remove from your workspace. Use the drop-down arrow on the checkout page to determine which users to deactivate.

The account owner will be grayed out, but all other users can be deactivated as needed.

Once you've selected the right number of people to deactivate, the yellow text will turn green, and you can move forward with your purchase. At this point, your total amount charged will accurately reflect when you're checking out.

Note: Anyone you choose to deactivate during this process is not actually deactivated in the software. Instead, they are given a "none" role.
