You likely have team members, stakeholders or customers who require access to the status or progress of strategic projects without giving them full system access. This is where guests come in, they provide read-only access to select projects without consuming a paid license.
Until now guest licenses were only available on certain editions and there was a maximum number you could invite. Now guests are free for all customers and there's no maximum.
Other improvements with this release:
- We continue our rollout of the new Account & Billing area
- Our login system has been rewritten to be more reliable and to enable future enhancements, in the short term you may notice some design improvements and clearer emails related to setting up workspaces and resetting passwords
- The gantt performs better, particularly on larger projects (1000+ tasks)
- Timesheets and imports also got performance boosts
