Release 142, Board Sorting
Automatically sort your board columns with new options like due date, progress, resource load, and more — making it easier to prioritize and manage work at a glance.

You can now choose to order your board columns automatically, in addition to the traditional drag-and-drop sorting. Sorting options are:
- Drag & drop → Our default freeform ordering which you're familiar with.
- Due date → Tasks due soon are brought to the top so you can focus on deadlines.
- Progress → Focus on tasks which are under way and get them over the line.
- Resource → See who's overloaded or which tasks are under-resourced.
- WBS → Matches the gantt structure.
To get started click the Filter & Sort button at the top right of any project board, you'll notice a new column called Sort where you can change the sort order:

Board ordering is available to all users on all editions.
