Release 150, Hourly Rates
This release includes the final updates to our hourly rates enhancements before they are rolled out to all customers

We have been working on a large number of enhancements to hourly rates, including:
- Schedule rates to change at a specific time in the future
- More flexibility around project rates with two new concepts:
- Flat rates for an entire project (overriding the default resource rates)
- Custom rates per person per project (if you want to get really granular)
- Extra protections for rates on past projects
- Smarter auto-allocation of assigned hours on the Workload page
- These changes apply to both planned and actual costs
