Released 9 March 2026 ![gantt print time scale options](https://learn.projectmanager.com/hs-fs/hubfs/gantt%20print%20time%20scale%20options.png?width=336&height=282&name=gantt%20print%20time%20scale%20options.png)When downloading a gantt chart as a PDF file, you can now select from four timescales: day, week, month, quarter. These change the horizontal scale of the PDF file, allowing you to fit more data into a single PDF. The smaller scales zoom in to show detail, larger scales zoom out to show the big picture.
