Release 159, Holiday Calendar

This release introduces a new holiday calendar, giving teams a clearer way to plan around time-off and upcoming holidays. You can now see availability in a familiar calendar view, filter by team or holiday type, create holidays in bulk, and quickly understand team availability at a glance.

Improved Holiday Calendar

Everyone's holidays are now shown on the calendar together, making it much easier to see your team's availability in one place. You can also filter down to team, individual, country or global holidays if you want to get more granular. Other enhancements include naming your holidays, creating holidays in bulk and clicking a user to see their profile.

Other Enhancements

  • Power BI - We've added planned and actual cost roll-ups to the Tasks table in BI, no more looping through timesheets or rate tables to get a total task cost.
  • Workstream - Workstream has been improved so comments and mentions appear more consistently across project activity. This includes better handling for comments without mentions, RAID item mentions, and links from Workstream entries to related items.
  • Timesheet Reports - Reporting on missing timesheets is now more accurate, making it easier to identify who has not submitted time for the selected period. This helps managers follow up with the right people and keep timesheet records complete.
  • Security and Reliability - Release 159 includes additional security hardening, improved session handling, password reset reliability work, and performance improvements for task assignment queries.
