Generate summaries, risk analysis, cost breakdowns, team sentiment signals and visual charts; all built with AI analysis of your live project data. Release date: 14 October 2026 ### AI Project Insights AI Insights puts a full suite of project analysis one click away. Pick the insight that matches what you need right now, whether that's a quick health check, a deep dive on cost, or a chart you can hand straight to a stakeholder. Open the AI Insights menu on any project and choose from: - **Executive summary & risk analysis** - A concise summary for stakeholders, plus specific risks and recommended actions for you, referencing real tasks, people, costs and dates. - **EVM report** - Planned value, earned value, actual cost, and the schedule and cost performance indexes you need for an earned value review. - **Team discussion analysis** - A deep-dive into your task comments that flags what needs your attention today: blocked decisions, stalled tickets, scope creep, accountability gaps and early signs of negative team sentiment. - **Task cost variance** - A cost breakdown by task, ordered from most over-cost to least, so you can see where the budget is actually going. - **Resource allocation table** - Each team member's assigned tasks, planned versus actual hours, and percent complete, ordered by workload. - **Burndown chart** - Ideal versus actual task completion over time, with a projection for the tasks still remaining. - **Cost and hours scatter chart** - Every task plotted by planned cost and hours, so outliers are easy to spot at a glance. - **Planned vs actual vs budget chart** - Cost trends against your budget over time, projected out to your finish date. - **Progress S-curve chart** - Your actual progress against a typical project curve, projected forward so you can see if you're on pace. ![ai insights - menu](https://learn.projectmanager.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ai%20insights%20-%20menu.png?width=340&height=315&name=ai%20insights%20-%20menu.png)AI Insights works best when your projects are kept up to date.
