Timesheet Auto-save

There have been a lot of timesheet performance improvements under the hood but the main changes you'll notice are:

• Auto-save → Your timesheet entries are now saved in real-time as you work on the page, you never need to click save again! You can still choose when to submit your timesheet for approval, but individual timesheet entries are automatically saved while you work.
• Fewer zeros → When you add work to the timesheet page, the daily boxes are empty instead of having zeros. This makes it easier to see where you’ve entered time and where you haven’t, you can still enter 0 on a day if you want to.
