How to Update Your Email Domain

If your email domain changes and you need to update your ProjectManager account, here's how.

  • Log on as a global administrator

  • Visit the "Users" page by clicking on the global administrator's name tile, then selecting "Users & Teams" in the popup

  • For each user within the account:
    • Click the "..." icon to the right of the user's name and select "View Profile"
    • On the "Profile" popup, click "edit email address"
    • Type in the correct new email address and click the button "Change Email"
    • If the user is able to log in, great! You are done
    • If the user has any trouble logging on, click the "..." icon to the right of the user's name and select "Resend Invite"

Note: If you'd like to set up SAML SSO for the new email domain, you will need to configure that in addition to completing the email update process.
