What is an add-on?
An add-on extends your ProjectManager plan with additional integrations. The Integration Bundle is ProjectManager's primary add-on and is available on the Business edition and above.
Purchase the Integration Bundle add-on to gain access to our Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Power BI, Excel and Azure DevOps integrations. This add-on applies to every user on your account. If you have five users, for example, you'll need to purchase five Integration Bundle add-ons.
Note: Users on a free trial have full access to the Integration Bundle for the duration of their 30-day trial. No purchase necessary until the trial ends.
How to purchase the Integration Bundle add-on as a new customer
When you're entering your payment information at checkout, you'll see the option to select an add-on.
Once you select the Integration Bundle as your add-on, you'll see the price reflect this amount.
If you're purchasing add-ons for more than 50 users, please contact our sales team. If you pay annually, the cost drops to $4.29/user/month — a savings of about 14% compared to the monthly rate.
Note: Power BI is included in the Enterprise edition. Enterprise customers do not need to purchase the Integration Bundle to access Power BI.
How to purchase the Integration Bundle add-on as an existing customer
If you already have a ProjectManager Business edition license, you can purchase the Integration Bundle at any time. If you're on the Team plan, you'll need to upgrade to the Business edition first before adding the Integration Bundle.
Navigate to Account & Billing by clicking on your profile icon in the lower-left corner of the software.
Here, you can change your edition and manage add-ons. To upgrade from the Team plan, click Change Editions to purchase a Business plan. If you're already on a Business plan, click Manage Add-Ons.
Both options will take you to the checkout page, where you can edit your subscription and change add-ons. Keep in mind that you must purchase one add-on per user license. In the example below, the total add-on cost per month is $15, as there are three licenses.
