Here’s what’s included in the June 2022 release:

Redesigned Task Card
We’ve redesigned the task card across our software to give you easier access to essential information and improve your team’s efficiency and collaboration. The new layout is consistent across views and features a responsive design for easier interaction on small screens.
The task card has many improvements, including:
- Larger workable area and easier access to the information you regularly update such as hours and status
- Better visibility and editability to task information that was previously only available on the Gantt including planned and actual data like start dates, hours, cost and duration
- Shows baseline data if your team is using that on the Gantt
- Provides a new breadcrumb trail for easier navigation to parent tasks and projects
- Easier collaboration across teams and departments with a larger, extensible chat window
Additional Search Improvements
We recently launched our new Global Search feature. In this release, we are expanding on the Global Search capabilities to improve search results and usability.
- You can now search for the Project ID/Short name, and we have improved the discoverability of recent searches.
- We have made the search function work seamlessly on mobile devices and smaller screens.
- We have added the ability to use keyboard commands such as tab, arrow keys and enter to navigate and view items as you search.
- You can also now preview files right from the search panel.
- And last, but not least, we returned the on-page search features for list, board and Gantt/sheet so you can find items within those page views, as well as from the Global Search component.
New Data Added to the Portfolio Status Report
We have added more data items and data visibility to the Portfolio Status Report. We now support adding actual hours to your report, data that used to be exclusive to individual status reports. We’ve also populated the numerical values for time/workload and cost information in the color-coded section at the top of the report.
Additional Enhancements and Bug Fixes
This release also includes an option for customers to be redirected to our mobile app when accessing the software on mobile devices, mobile usability and fixes for customer-reported issues including an issue some customers reported while importing Microsoft Project (MPP) files.
