Keyboard Shortcuts Overview
Use keyboard shortcuts to create a new task, project or meeting, invite a user and open the Global Search feature.
ProjectManager keyboard shortcuts let you quickly create tasks, projects, meetings, and more — without navigating menus.
You'll see a list of the shortcuts to create items or invite users by clicking the “ + New” button located on the main navigation menu.

Sheet & Gantt Cut, Copy and Paste
ProjectManager supports cut, copy, and paste in the Sheet and Gantt Chart views. You can cut or copy a task from:
-
From an external source
-
From one project to another
-
From one row to another on one project
When you cut or copy a summary task, the summary task (and all of the subtasks) will be highlighted. In addition to the task name, all of the task data that has been input will be cut as well. You can paste tasks using the ribbon bar or a keyboard shortcut.
If your project includes blank rows, or you paste from an external source that includes blank rows, blank rows will be preserved when pasting.
