Release 125, Access All Data

We have created a new Role Security setting called Access All Project Data. This will give selected members full access to your account data including:

• See all projects in the Portfolio page
• Join and edit any project without being invited
• Add team members to any project
• Remove team members from any project (except for the project owner)
• Report on all project and timesheet data
• Export all project and timesheet data

Previously only Global Admins could do this and they remain the only users who have this level of access by default. However you now have the option of giving this access to any team members, opening up a range of new possibilities:

• HR staff can have full control over their team's project access
• Managers can see all projects and join them without being invited
• Data Analysts can run reports across all projects without actively joining them
• Developers can build integrations which control any project
