Give project and finance teams accurate data and better visibility without double-handling. Sync your project tasks, progress and dates, send timesheets to Acumatica and bring costs back to ProjectManager.

Acumatica Integration

Our new integration connects directly to Acumatica Project Accounting, giving project and finance teams a shared, accurate view of a project without either side re-entering the other's data. ProjectManager stays the source of truth for operational project information, while Acumatica remains the source for financial information.


With the integration you can:

  • Cut duplicate project setup - Create a project in either system and keep the key details, like dates, status and budget, in sync.
  • Keep project and finance aligned - Task lists, progress, dates and project ownership are shared between both systems automatically.
  • Automate time tracking - Link ProjectManager resources to Acumatica employees, and approved timesheets are sent to Acumatica as Employee Time Activities, no manual re-entry required.
  • Get accurate cost visibility - Actual and committed costs flow from Acumatica into ProjectManager, with Acumatica cost codes shown against the relevant tasks, so project managers can see real project cost without leaving ProjectManager.

Synchronization runs on a schedule you control: daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand.

Note: This is a brand new integration which will replace our previous one. This has been re-built from ground up on newer, faster technology. It is much simpler to set up (no customization projects or heavy configuration in Acumatica) and easier to use.

ProjectManager est désormais disponible en français. Pour les nouveaux clients, la langue sera détectée automatiquement ; les clients existants peuvent modifier leur langue à tout moment depuis leur Profil.

ProjectManager is now available in French. New customers will have their language detected automatically; existing customers can change their language via their Profile. If you have French speakers on your team let them know!

This release also includes a number of fixes and performance improvements.
