Account Menu

Use your account menu to update your account and personal settings.

Some features listed below are only available on certain editions, learn more.

The account menu is the hub of your ProjectManager account. It can be used to update your account settings and personal preferences.

No matter the project view you're in, you can access your account settings by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of the software. We've outlined the different aspects of the account menu below.

Account & Billing

See all your account information in one place, including managing your payment methods, licenses, subscription, billing contacts, past invoices and more.

Users & Teams

Access the users & teams page where you can add and remove users, change user roles and profiles, organize your users with teams and skills, create custom roles and manage team availability.

Security

Manage account security, including multi-factor authentication and SAML.

Integrations

Here you can manage your integrations, activate and configure them, and also find API keys for building custom integrations.

Alerts

Set email alerts for task changes, project changes, timesheets and more.

 

Tip!: Enterprise users also have access to Audit Log and Account Export features in this menu.

Personal Preferences

Enable Light/Dark Mode

Switch between dark or light mode as you see fit.

My Profile

Change your profile picture, initial color or choose from one of the avatars. You can also update your password here.

My Workspaces

This page lets you switch between existing workspaces or create a new one. Workspaces are distinct accounts that can be used by different departments or organizations that you work with; each has its own projects, people and costs.

Logout

Securely log out of your account. You'll continue to receive email alerts depending on your alert settings.
